Tortuga Rum cake is the Cayman Islands number 1 export and souvenir item. A state-of-the-art bakery is located at Industrial Park. Large viewing windows allow visitors to watch the cakes being freshly baked.

  Pirate's Caves
Located in Bodden Town. Visit the underground caves where legend has it that Pirates hid their treasures. Gift shop, scenic grounds, a mini-zoo & snack bar.

  Botanical Park
The Queen Elizabeth II Botanical Park is located on the Queen's Highway, a 40 minutes drive from Seven Mile Beach. A woodland trail takes you through a lush and colorful park.   Turtle Farm
Unique to the Cayman Islands, the Turtle farm is fully functional and open to visitors. The farm is home to 21,000 turtles, most of which are Green Sea turtles. You will have the oportunity to pick up the turtles and see them at various stages of breeding. Open daily 8:30am-5:00pm. Adult ticket US$6, Child 6-12 US$3, under 6 free.

  Mastic Trail
A three mile trail of woodlands passing through Royal and Silver Thatch Palms, Black Mangrove wetland and dry woodland. Tours available through Silver Thatch Excursions. Not suitable for children under 6, the elderly or frail.

  Pedro's Castle
The oldest stone building in the Cayman Islands, built in 1780, Pedro St. James has a history as a restaurant, court house and home. Now fully restored in 1998 by the National Trust, there is a visitor centre, state-of-the-art multi-media theatre, gift shop, cafe and beautifully landscaped gardens. Open 9:00am-5pm daily. Adult ticket CI$6.75, Child 6-12 CI$3.25, under 6 free.
