There are many place
of interest to see in Cayman. You can tour
the island by renting
a car, but the most relaxing way to see
the sights is in an air-conditioned bus on
a sight-seeing tour.

Places of interest:
Turtle
Farm
Situated in West Bay,
there are approximately 16,000 "residents".
Now in its 30th year, the farm offers visitors
the opportunity to leisurely view the workings
of an actual operating farm. For a great photo
opportunity, a selected group of turtles are
set aside to touch and hold.
Hell
A quarter of an acre
of exposed black ironshore. Stop by the local
post office to send your family an authentic "postcard
from Hell".
Blow
holes
Located along the South
of the island, this natural phenomenon created
by centuries of erosion in the ironshore, produces
spray that can reach in excess of 15ft.
Queen
Elizabeth II Botanical Park
With over 65 acres,
the park is home to wide range of flowers, tropical
plants, wetlands and wildlife. Additionally you
will find an Iguana habitat, lakefront gazebo,
an authentic ancient Caymanian house, visitor
center and cafe.
Pure
Art gallery
The Gallery plays host
to many of the local talents. You will find a
variety of crafts, including paintings, carvings
and hand-crafted items. A very "colorful"
experience.
Rum
Cake center
Here you can see the
famous rum cakes being made and sample them for
yourself. These cakes make excellent presents.
George
Town
If you're a "shop-a-holic"
looking for some great duty-free deals,
then look no further than the Capital of the Cayman
Islands. You'll also find such names as Rolex,
Cartier, Waterford Crystal, Brietling, Bernard
K. Passman's Black Coral, Patek Philippe......the
list goes on. Also there's the Aqua World Duty
Free Mall, completed in early 2001, and houses
a large shark tank!
