Cayman Brac's New Ocean Front Condo's located on Cayman Brac's South Side, secluded East End.  The 140ft bluff is your back drop and we are located on the ocean front.

Welcome to the Cayman Breakers Condominiums located on Cayman Brac's unique secluded southeast end, where the sea meets the famous 140 feet "bluff". The view from the "Breakers" is truly a spectacular sight on Cayman Brac!

The Cayman Breakers, new Luxury condominiums, offer ocean front or ocean view, two bath, two bedroom with Queen Size bed in Master, Full size bed in Spare, and Queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. All units have central air and a Satellite TV with VCR. Each unit is fully furnished with linens, dishes and pots/pans. Full kitchen with appliances (Stove, Dishwasher, Microwave & Coffee maker). There is a separate utility room with a stacked washer and dryer.

Diving can be done right from our shoreline. We have a marked dive flag out by the shoreline. For easy entry in and out, there is a pathway leading up to the sea wall with steps. Dive flag also available for scuba divers to use.

Car rental is recommended to get around and explore the rest of the island. Public Beach is only a 5 minute drive and dive shops for boat diving are only 10 minutes away from the Cayman Breakers.  "Great Cave" is only one half miles from our location.

Unlike most Motels and Hotels, each Condo is like a home away from home. There is a beautiful Courtyard with picnic tables under the Cabana's with Hammocks to relax in, BBQ grilles, a rinse tank for divers and outside shower located at poolside. We offer FREE Complimentary bikes for our guests while vacationing here.

The Cayman Breakers Condo is only a short drive from anywhere on the island. It is located near Bluff Road, which takes you from the east side of the island to the west side providing easy access to all locations.
